1. Has deepened knowledge of health promotion and prevention of diseases and is able to determine independently nursing diagnosis at the individual, family and community level. 2. Is able to create interdisciplinary connections and uses appropriate health behaviour interventions in primary health care. 3. Has deepened knowledge of the influence of medications and safety, and implements the knowledge in their practical activities as a nurse-specialist. 4. Manages the process of quality assessment and development of health nursing in primary health care and transfers their knowledge and skills in the interdisciplinary team. 5.
