| To provide knowledge of the anatomy and the vital functions of a healthy human body on the cell, tissue and organ level and of the pathological processes caused by the vital activity of micro-organisms. |

| Study outcome |
1. Knows structure and function of the human biological structures on the cell, tissue and organ level, using Estonian as well as in Latin basic terminology.
2. Is cognizant of the physiological processes taking place in cells and tissues, based on the physical and biochemical processes occurring in them.
3. Is cognizant of the anatomy and function of the skin and the skeletal structure
4. Knows the pathological processes caused by the vital functions of micro-organisms ongoing in the body. |
