| To provide knowledge on different prescription medicines and skills to compare and recommend them. |

Upon completion of the subject, the student:
1. Knows the prescription drug classifications.
2. Is familiar with the active substances and the respective preparations within the groups.
3. Is able to on the basis of active substance-based prescription compare and recommend medication according to the customer’s needs.
4. Is able to read and process digital and paper prescriptions. |
