To get an overview of the most important legislative acts regulating health
care and social system; health care and social sector institutions and their
responsibilities, and of the responsibilities and rights of health care workers. |

1. Knows the principles for personal data processing.
2. Gives an overview of legislation and legislative acts regulating the social
and health care system, and describes the structure of social and health
care system.
3. Calculates social tax, income tax and unemployment insurance tax from
individual income, knows the difference between the taxes of the
employer and the taxes of the employee.
4. Is able to describe the European Social Charter, The European Code of
Social Security and the European Convention on Human Rights, and
knows how to apply them into study process involving the social system. |
