To provide students with knowledge on the principles of modern customer service to understand the needs of a patient/client. To create readiness to understand and meet the needs of a patient/client in service process.
Study outcome
1. Knows the main principles and basic topics of modern customer service (including development, personality and social psychology) and understands the need for developing the personal characteristics of people working in the field of customer service.
2. Knows the content of service process, follows the principles of teamwork and professional ethics.
