Objectives
To provide the student with consistent nature-scientific worldview
originating from speciality for understanding human vital
functions, its microbiology and inherital and changeability
processes. |

Learning outcomes
Having passed the subject, the student:
1. has basic knowledge about the structure and qualities of a
substance;
2. understands the connections between the organism’s microand
macrostructure;
3. acquires an overview about the essence of heredity and
changeability, and the most widely spread chromosome and
genetic diseases that influence human occupational
performance;
4. has knowledge about the most widely spread
microorganisms and their diseases that influence human
