Aim
The purpose of the course is to introduce the basic aspects of healthy nutrition and healthy eating with the support of various articles, animations, individual exercises and tests.
Study outcome
Upon completion of the subject, the student:
1. Knows the classification and roles of nutrients.
2. Knows the components of energy expenditure.
3. Considers the principles of functioning of digestive system.
4. Is able to plan an individual diet.
5. Is able to make healthy choices.
