| Eesmärk |
| The purpose of the course is to introduce the basic aspects of healthy nutrition and healthy eating with the support of various articles, animations, individual exercises and tests. |

| Õpiväljundid |
Having passed the course, the student:
• knows the classification and roles of nutrients,
• knows the components of energy expenditure,
• considers the principles of functioning of digestive system,
• is able to plan an individual diet,
• is able to make healthy choices. |
