Learning outcomesThe graduate:
1. has a systematic overview about the profession’s concepts, theoretical principles, about the intervention techniques in occupational therapy and can apply the knowledge in practice; 2. has knowledge about the social conditions that influence human health, can participate in activities preventing and treating diseases, and in rehabilitation activities; 3. is tolerant towards the diversity of attitudes and values, and respects holistically the person in his/her daily activities and environment; 4. possesses communicational, project work, managing and teamwork skills necessary for one’s work; 5. has an overview about the basics of research and research methods in occupational therapy sphere; 6. is able to analyze and evaluate the role and consequences of his/her professional activity on person and to the society by following social and ethical aspects, and if necessary, is ready to make suggestions for enhancing the profession; 7. is capable of applying the acquired knowledge and skills in work, and being ready to act as an occupational therapist; 8. has adopted and is ready to apply the principles of lifelong learning; 9. is able to recognize interdisciplinary connections in the application areas of different specialities; 10. is able to explain occupational therapy related problems orally and in written form in study language and at least one foreign language, and to participate in professional discussions.
