Objective
1. To provide skills for handling different instruments and
appliances for ophthalmologic examination;
2. to provide knowledge about the external features of
different eye diseases;
3. to provide knowledge about the clinical pictures of eye
diseases.

Learning outcomes
Having passed the subject, the student:
1. can handle ophthalmologic examination apparatuses and
appliances;
2. knows and recognizes most widely spread eye diseases;
3. is able to analyze critically the received information.
