Objective
1. To provide an overview about the system of Estonian higher
education, the position of Tallinn Health Care College in the
landscape of Estonian higher education, and to introduce
study organization in the college, the principles of
information search and using library;
2. to provide an overview about the basic principles of
communication psychology, the main discussions and
connections with other subject fields and future profession;
3. to learn to know the specifics of communication psychology
and personality differences on its background.

Learning outcomes
1. Has an overview about the system of Estonian higher
education, the position of Tallinn Health Care College in the
landscape of Estonian higher education;
2. knows the organisation of studies in Tallinn Health Care
College;
3. possesses knowledge about the basic principles of
communication psychology and its main discussions;
4. knows the correct communication models;
5. possesses techniques in managing in communication with
different client types;
6. is able to apply team-work principles, orients in
contemporary speciality literature and databases, and is
capable of planning and managing an independent work
based on speciality subject.
