Objective
1. With the studies it is pursued that the students will acquire
knowledge about the conceptual entirety of management, and
are able to value co-workers and oneself in the organisation.

Learning outcomes
1. Knows the specifics and main directions of management;
2. has an overview about the contents of manager’s functions;
3. orients in a changing environment, knows and can use the
different management styles according to situation;
4. knows the basics of team-work and coping with changes.
