Aim

To clarify the nursing process using a patient-centered, systematic, critical and analytical thinking concept in nursing.

Study outcome

1. Values the family and patient/customer focus in nursing care.
2. Is able to write a nursing plan based on nursing diagnoses in NANDA I taxonomy, principles of patient centered approach and teaching.
3. Knows the principles of documentation of nursing history based on evidence-based nursing process.
