Identification of the basic concepts and the nature of public health and linking of the health factors and the public health situation in Estonia with the work of a nurse.

1. Knows the nature of public health from the point of view of health promotion and nurse work.
2. Is able to identify at risk customers and plans changes from the aspect of health behavior in collaboration with the client, the family and the community.
