AimTo acquire knowledge on risk factors affecting people's mental health and the principles of psychotherapy, to create readiness for implementing the techniques of psychotherapeutic communication techniques.
Study outcome1. Knows different psychosocial and clinical risk factors affecting person's mental health and is able to find evidence-based solutions.
2. Has an overview of psychological explanations on psychological and behavioural disorders, investigation methods and intervention possibilities. 3. Knows the basics of various types of psychotherapy and techniques of therapeutic communication as well as nurse's and midwife's role in applying the techniques in practice.
