Aim

To acquire knowledge about the principles of social psychology and customer service, and how to apply them into performance of midwifery/nursing procedures.

Study outcome

1.Knows the main terms and topics of social psychology and client service and has an understanding of its connectedness to the future field of work.
2.Understands the nature of individual ́s social interaction and reasons deriving from the individual differences.
3.Knows the contents and has an overview of the correct client service process.
4.Knows the possibilities of service and has an overview of planning the councelling service.
5.Uses the most common techniques in role plays to deal with different types of clients, understands the importance of councelling ethics.
