Subject 'Pathology'

To acquire knowledge of pathophysiological processes affecting organ systems, and skills of being able to associate them with nursing problems using analysis and critical thinking.

1. Explains the nature of pathology and is able to explain main terms concerning general pathology.
2. Describes alternative changes mostly causing tissue damage and disorders of thermoregulations.
3. Describes general pathological processes occuring in case of circulatory disorders.
4. Gives an overview of inflammatory processes and immunopathology.
5. Gives an overview of the occurrence reasons of tumours, their nature and etiopathogenesis of most common diseases.
