Aim

To form an overview of basics and theories of organisational leadership and the specificities of leadership in health care.

Study outcome

1. Is able to describe the specificities and main tendencies of leadership and the basics of quality control and assessment.
2. Is familiar with the functions of leadership, knows the foundations of teamwork and conducting changes.
3. Knows the basics of entrepreneurship and entrepreneur and the principles of small businesses.
