To acquire readiness and understanding of the management goals in the field of profession, of planning manager’s activity, concurring proceedings and possibilities of starting an entrepreneurship.

1. Practices on the supervision of a college supervisor and mentor on leadership and entrepreneurship practice integrating theory into practice.
2. Gives an overview of different career possibilities in the field of midwifery and nursing in Estonia.
3. Applies the knowledge on teaching and leadership into practice.
4. Applies the principles of teamwork in one's professional practice on the level of a single individual and the community cooperating with health care specialists working in different areas.
5. Analyses the mechanism of health care and social system, offering solutions to the problems in modern society.
6. Has an systematic overview of the competences of a nurse and a midwife in health care system and in the society.
