To give specialized knowledge of the nature of occupational health and the role of nurses in promoting, preserving and restoring the health of workers.

1) Is familiar with the organization of occupational health in Estonia and the problems it poses.
2) Is aware of health risks caused by work environment and able to prevent and reduce risks.
3) Is able to offer independent nursing assistance in occupational health.
