To ensure the integration of professional skills and knowledge and a preparation for professional work.

1. Is able to independently work through and analyse scientific literature related to the research problem;
2. Has acquired the skill to use experimental studies and laboratory methods to solve the research problem and is capable of modifying them, if needed;
3. Is able to conduct observations, comparative analyses, surveys, experimental trials or other types of specific research;
4. Based on his or her research, is able to see the problems needing a solution in the respective area and to propose possible solutions;
5. Is able to write a graduation thesis corresponding to requirements and present its findings at an oral defence.
