To provide students with practical skills for analysis of various compounds, including medicine.

Upon completion of the subject, the student:
1. Knows the basic concepts of analytical chemistry.
2. Knows the methods used in analytical chemistry.
3. Is able to determine a variety of compounds.
4. Knows and is able to use the key methods of volume analysis.
5. Is able to explain the effect of cations and anions on the human body and their use in medicine in the composition of drugs.
