Subject 'Counselling in the Pharmacy I'

To improve the students knowledge on medicinal councelling and provide additional skills to successfully pass the pharmacy practical training. To direct students into understanding and use in practice the techniques of professional customer service.

Upon completion of the subject, the student:
1. Is able to collect information by carefully listening the customer during the medicinal councelling;
2. Is able to effectively councel and empower the customer;
3. Uses scientific sources and knows where to find them.
