Subject 'Practical Training – Acrylic Prostheses'Name in Estonian: Praktika akrüülproteesid
AimTo reinforce the previously acquired skills of making acrylic removable partial and complete dentures in a work environment.
Study outcome1. Uses professional terminology in his/her practical training report and in presenting the practical training documentation.
2. Considers the principles of function, occlusion and esthetics in producing a prosthesis. 3. Knows and recognizes different instruments of processing and finishing prostheses and can process acrylic plate prostheses after polymerization. 4. Can describe and evaluate the work process and the prepared work, to analyse the technological, instructing-related and organizational causes of successful and unsuccessful works. 5.
