Performing patient/client-centred nursing care in work environment under the supervision of a practical training institution supervisor.

1. Is able to identify the patient/client needs.
2. Is able to implement process-based patient/client-centred nursing care in the work environment, based on nursing theory and ethics and involving other professionals.
3. Under the supervision of a practical training institution supervisor, performs care procedures provided in the practical training program using ergonomic techniques.
4. Reflects upon his/her development in the work environment based on the individual goals throughout the practical training.
