Aim

Formation of knowledge needed for surgical patient nursing and creating readiness for the provision of high-quality nursing care to a surgical patient.

Study outcome

1. Knows the classification, etiology, pathogenesis, clinical picture and investigation methods of surgical diseases.
2. Knows the treatment and prevention principles of surgical diseases.
3. Is able to implement process-based patient/client-centred nursing care, based on NNN taxonomy and accompanying the representatives of other professions.
