To acquire knowledge on post-prosthetic hygiene and diseases of teeth and oral cavity, on damage caused by prostheses and radiographic changes.

1. Knows, recognizes and uses professional terminology.
2. Possesses knowledge on diseases of oral cavity caused by micro-organisms.
3. Has an overview of the microflora of oral cavity, gums and teeth and knows the main principles of hygiene concerning oral cavity and post-prosthetic situation.
4. Possesses knowledge on radiographic changes.
5. Knows the damage caused by prostheses.
6. Has an overview of injuries of facial bones as well as of maxilla and mandibula.
