To reinforce in work environment the knowledge acquired during theoretical studies on intensive care nursing (including children's intensive care), to develop manual skills and professional attitudes.

1. Practices under the supervision of a mentor, integrating theory into practice.
2. Prepares a patient for investigations according to the specifics of the investigation.
3. Performs intensive care nursing activities and explains the need for a current procedure.
4. Engages in intensive care related health education to patient and his/her family.
