Aim

To acquire basic knowledge about children´s and youngsters´ occupational therapy assessment, assessment methods and selection of them, conducting the evaluation process, and development of the evaluation plan.

Study outcome

1. Knows key theoretical views in assessing children and the youth.
2. Knows different assessment methods.
3. Is able to select a suitable assessment method and carry out occupational therapy assessment of disabled children.
4. Is able to create occupational therapy plan according to the results of occupational performance assessment.
