AimTo provide knowledge on the child’s needs in involving his/her family and skills to solve health-related problems using evidence-based sources and critical thinking.
Study outcome1. Knows the pathogenesis of the most common childhood illnesses and drug administration, their effect and specific side effects in children.
2. Is able to perform process-based patient/client-centred nursing activity on a child and his/her family based on NNN taxonomy, nursing protocols and guidelines. 3. Implements critical thinking in simulation environment when performing family-centred nursing care based on the principles of teamwork.
