Subject 'Practical Training'Name in Estonian: Praktika
Aim1. To develop skills to compile and lead research and development activities to improve health care services and to support the participation in the activities of professional organisations/working groups.
2. To develop skills to transmit professional knowledge with the use of modern study methods. Study outcome1) demonstrates information literacy skills in professional work and development activities: demonstrates knowledge and ability to find and evaluate information and to use it to develop professional practical training in decision-making process;
2) initiates professional development activities: is able to lead information interpretation, linking and implementation in health care service improvement in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team in health care organisation, professional organisation/working group and nursing basic studies; 3) analyzes health information system design based on quality, patient-centredness and safety aspects.
