To fix the knowledge acquired in theoretical studies, to acquire practical professional skills in working environment.

1. Has an overview about the structure of the institution at a locality level and about its organization of work.
2. Plans and carries out health promoting activities in the locality, and is able to apply the knowledge acquired in theoretical studies when compiling programs, development plans and operational programs.
3. Has necessary teamwork skills for the work, and ethical professional attitudes.
