Aim

To give students the basic knowledge of the structure of organic, physical and chemical properties and their mutual relationships.

Study outcome

1. Knows the basic concepts of organic chemistry, is capable to characterize the most important organic compounds.
2. Knows the principles of synthesis of organic compounds.
3. Is capable to explain the properties of chemical compounds and inter-relationships between compounds.
