To create readiness for performing midwifery/nursing care in primary level health care in cooperation with the specialists from other fields.

1. Understands the terms and regulation legislation of primary level health care.
2. Is able to describe the investigation methods used in primary level health care and is able to prepare patient/client for the investigations.
3. Determines, plans, directs and evaluates the midwifery/nursing care on primary level health care according to the needs of a single individual and a family.
4. Analyses the limits of responsibility of the profession, evaluates critically his/her activities.
